Sabbatical Leave Program

Purpose:

To enable employees to engage in intensive study in order to foster their growth as employees and scholars and to enhance their services to the Firm and its clients. Sabbatical leave may be granted for the purpose of pursuing education, teaching, or scholarly activities related to the field of expertise of the Employee.

Eligibility :

The Employee must be an attorney of the Specht Rechtsanwalt GmbH working in one of its offices and have completed six or more years of full-time service, or the equivalent, at the Firm (excluding leaves of absence, regardless of funding source), and not have taken a sabbatical those six years.

Preference shall be given to those making significant contributions to the firm and those who have not had a leave of absence, regardless of funding source, during the prior four years.
