To support the non-profit organisation Women Without Borders and its initiative Sisters Against Violent Extremism (SAVE), Specht Rechtsanwalt GmbH has agreed to host an all-day meeting for the forum of Mothers Opposing Violent Extremism (MOVE). Women from all over the world will congregate in our Vienna office on Tuesday, 7 June 2011 to share their stories and efforts to work to put an end to violent extremism and build bridges of reconciliation.

By invitation of the Austrian ambassador Dr. Margot Klestil-Löffler, members of the Specht Rechtsanwalt GmbH office, Dr. Leopold Specht and Florian Heindler, presented key changes to corporate law provisions that will be introduced in an upcoming revision of the Russian Civil Code.

We are pleased to announce that we have restructured our Budapest Office as of July 1, 2010.

Györgyi Gonda and László Mészáros have joined with Gabriella Benish to act as equity and managing partners of BGM Specht Law Firm. The Austrian workshop is modeled on the annual IGLP Workshop, the first of which took place in June 2010 at Harvard Law School. The Austrian workshop will focus on the theme, “Law as a Regulatory Device.”

Specht Belgrade is currently acting the legal consultant of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Serbia (ACES) on a pro bono basis.
