Our Budapest office is currently staffed by professionals, administrative managers, cooperating lawyers and attorneys. Our team consists of highly qualified, internationally-educated, poly-lingual lawyers and attorneys with extensive experience.

Core areas:

The banking & finance practice is one of our core areas of business with a strong focus on transactional advice and work support. Our attorneys regularly handle cross-border transactions of multinational companies, holding restructurings, and asset transfers. We have many years of experience in the preparation of legal due diligences. Our local Banking & Finance Team has represented a number of banks and financial services in Hungary. We have also advised international investors seeking for external financing for their projects in Hungary. We regularly provide extensive work support to a major Hungarian bank on project financing issues as well as legal representation in litigations and liquidation procedures.

Our firm has extensive know-how in structuring both project financing transactions and acquisition financing transactions related to target companies owning turn-key projects as well as of proceedings before the Hungarian Financial Supervisory Authority (authorization procedures, licensing of foundation and operation, authorization of acquisition, registration of cross border activities etc.).
